Shop Policy for all purchases and services
Studio Boheme reserves the right to implement all the said terms and conditions below for all orders, purchases and repairs.
Warranty and Replacement

All ready made items for sale are non-refundable but replaceable within 7 days after purchase. Cash value is non-refundable, the client must get an item with equal value or if higher they can just pay the additional.

All retail and made to order items have factory defect warranty up to 60 days after purchase.

Warranty is only for defects such as: broken hardware and missed stitches. Any damage such as scratches, stains and ripped off parts are not included. But we also offer repair but with corresponding fee.

We allow reservation for up to 3 days after notifying us. After 3 days we reserve the right, once again, to sell or offer the item for sale
Made to order process and cancellation

For MTO items we require at least 50% down payment to start.

All details should be finalized and signed before paying for the order, any changes to be made within the process would incur 10%-30% additional costs to cover the materials, labor and other miscellaneous expenses.

Cancellation of orders will incur 30% deduction on the down payment. Refunds will be sent after 1-2 weeks after cancellation.

When your order is completed, we will notify you through email, phone or sms whichever you prefer.

Items not claimed after 60 days onwards will start to incur additional fee for shelf storage up of 250php per month up until 6 months. After the 6th month and still no pick-up or updates from the client, we reserve the right to dispose of the item whichever way we see fit. We can choose to relocate the item, sell or display in our retail or online shops.
Repairs and alterations
