Payment

We accept payments through the following gateways both local (Metro Manila and Provincial) and International Orders thru Paypal

Shipping

Our trusted local couriers take 1-2 working days for Metro Manila Deliveries and 3-4 working days for Provincial Deliveries

Customized orders and Repairs

We require at least 50% down payment for all customized orders and repairs. Before we release the items for pick up or shipping the final payment should be completed first.

Shipping Options

We offer clients the option to have items sent with a safety box or without. The box is mainly to protect your ordered items from being crushed or deformed through transit.

Shipping cost will depend on how big the items will be. Boxed packages will be measured through volumetric weight and will cost higher than 200php for metro manila or provincial deliveries.

International Payment

We can only accept payments through Paypal for orders worldwide.

International Delivery

We accept all international orders worldwide and use EMS to send the items which usually takes 1-3 weeks arrival time to different countries.

Warranty and Replacements

Studio Boheme's Warranty covers the following defects, 14 days after purchase or receiving of items.

Manufacturing defects such as:

- Missed stitches

- broken buckles

- broken doghooks

- quickly broken handles

- quickly broken straps

- broken squares and rings

Damages from courier transit will be up for inspection and investigation and won't be accepted for return or replacement immediately. We will make sure that all items are in good condition before handing over to messengers/couriers

Studio Boheme does not accept returns and refunds, but we do accept replacement of orders.

To process a complaint about our products please email us at marqui@boheme.ph with complete details about the complaint and photos to supplement this and we will check on our end and we can process the replacement or repair as soon as possible.
