How Do I Purchase On-Hand Items?

Check our items and see if they are ready-made and available to be sent and go through our online shopping cart. If you want to pick up the item at our shop, send us an email or text message first to confirm when you are able to come so we can make sure that the item is at the shop and prepared for pick up.

How Do I Place A Customized Order?

It would be best if you could email us the design first so we can give you a quotation on the cost and so we can assess if the design is doable or if we'll need to make adjustments.

All shoes and other designs for made to order should be emailed to us for checking.​​​​​​​​​​

How long does it take before I get my Customized Item?
It will take 7-15 working days for regular designs to be made.
For more complicated customizations lead time is 15-20 working days.

For totally new designs, please allow 3-4 weeks to a month to get your order made. We still have to make prototypes and the product development is longer for us to get it just the way you want it.​​​​​​​​​​​
 

Do you accept provincial or international orders?

Yes, we accept provincial orders, we can ship your items via our partner couriers and they use LBC to send your items​ nationwide.

International order are also accepted. We use EMS courier that takes 1-2 weeks to send packages to other countries.

​

We have had successful shipments sent to Indonesia, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Australia, England, Spain and some in the U.S.A. Shipping cost is quite expensive but for some clients they find that the customization service makes it worth it.
